The annual Spring Drive-In Workshop is an excellent opportunity for professional development, continuing education, networking, and thought-provoking conversations with professionals across the state of Arkansas.  Intentionally designed to be a smaller venue than a full conference, the Drive-In was created as a chance for all attendees to be a part of the vital discussions happening in the field of higher education today.

The 6th annual Spring Drive-In scheduled to be held April 23-24, 2020 has been cancelled.

Spring Drive-in Update:

The Arkansas Student Affairs Association has decided to cancel the spring Every Student Counts: Student Persistence & First-Generation Student Conference, which was originally scheduled for Friday, April 24 (for the conference) and Thursday, April 23 (for the pre-conference workshop).

Refund payments will be made via the payment method used to pay your registration.
  • PayPal credit card refunds will generate an email to the cardholder who made the payment once the credit card has been reimbursed the full amount of the registration payment.
  • Paper checks from the Arkansas Student Affairs Association will be sent to the institution to the return address on the envelope of the check from the institution.
Please allow up to April 20, 2020 to receive your PayPal or paper-check refund.

If you have any questions or need additional information regarding your conference refund, please contact Greg Thornburg, Arkansas Student Affairs Association Treasurer, at gregorywthornburg@gmail.com.
